Tonight I opened up my first bottle of what I'll call 'Beer #2', the 2nd batch of beer that Jamie and I made and bottled just under three weeks ago.
Not bad! Nice golden brown color, good carbonation, already better than the flat underfermented 'Peoples Pint' ESB I had at Mesa Verde last night. I think it would benefit from another few weeks of 'conditioning', but certainly not a bad beer. :)
As I write this, I can feel the beginning of a good 'buzz' (I've downed about 1/3 of the bottle), so I think the alcholol content is OK... |
